Ashdown schools have had prayer walks. We are hoping to make them more consistant and powerful.
How? By starting small and adding to our numbers. A small group of ladies at FBC of Hicks, yes I did say "Hicks", pray for our local schools when we meet for Bible study. We realize that there is power in praying with fellow Christians. The more 'cords' you add to the prayer 'rope', the stronger it gets. As the Lord tells us, a three strand cord is harder to break! There is power in prayer!
So we are going walking with prayers on our lips for our kids, our schools, and those who are enter those schools.
Why? Because God requires it and the love of God compells us to. To take back what Satan is trying to take away from us and for all those kids, because we care. Every kid, teenager, young adult is worth every step, every word, every breath!
